The public website uses sbt_locale to remember a manually selected AZ, EN or RU language for one year. This overrides the country-based initial choice on later visits. It stores only a language code and is not an advertising identifier.
On first entry, the country code comes from the hosting request. Precise browser location permission is not requested. Direct /az/, /en/ and /ru/ addresses open in their specified language.
Advertising and analytics cookies are not active on public pages. The security service may use technical cookies when needed. Administrator sign-in is managed separately by Cloudflare Access.
Social and CRM links open external services whose own cookie rules apply.
You can delete or restrict cookies in browser settings. After deleting the language cookie, the root address uses the initial country rule again. Questions: [email protected].
